Draft Victorian Transmission Plan (VTP) out for consultation
Civil contractors who are in a position to pivot into renewable energy construction are urged to review the draft Victorian Transmission Plan (VTP) and get involved in the consultation process to provide your feedback and ideas, to ensure the enabling civil infrastructure is properly planned.
Ways to get involved
1. Review the draft transmission plan and related info here https://engage.vic.gov.au/victransmissionplan - then email advocacy@ccfvic.com.au with your ideas and input. All member feedback contributions on the VTP will be reviewed for a prospective CCF Victoria submission to the State Government.
2. VicGrid regional webinars: VicGrid is running a series of community webinars on the draft Victorian Transmission Plan and renewable energy zones.
These webinars aim to help interested parties learn more about the draft plan. You are invited to ask questions and share your insights. We want to equip you with the information you need so you can provide feedback that reflects your community's or regions needs and concerns.
